Hotel Seapark is actually a restaurant. The terms hotel and restaurants are used interchangeably used in India. Seapark is the place to relish south Indian lunch and three types of  fish fry.

The Food Available
Hotel Seapark offers a wide variety of south Indian dishes. Buffet is available at noon for about $3 and you can eat as much as you can. Ice cream, fruit salad, or a variety of  sweet south Indian dessert called payasam is available. If you do not want the buffet, then you can go to the adjoining room and order from the menu.

Lunch
If you have time, we suggest that you enjoy the buffet at noon and order selected items for dinner. For lunch you should try the south Indian rice with the liquid curries and the semi fried accompaniments. These include preparations made of ladies finger, drumsticks,  raw bananas, coconut,  etc. You should also try the fresh green salads available.

Dinner
Order what they call a “thali”. This is a set of standard Kerala food items and it costs less than $1. You can eat as much as you want. Along with the thali order the days’s special fried fish.

Seapark Special
Their fried fish is legendary. They offer varieties of carp, Jew fish, and prawns. We recommend the carp if you can handle stubborn fishbone. Else order fried Jew fish or prawns. These finger licking fries will cost you $2 to $3 a plate.
